It’s Raining Indoors

Today in Hangzhou it was 8°C and overcast

We went to leave our apartment one morning and found this.

It is starting to get very humid out now.  The very humid air hits cold services and the water condenses onto them. With ceramic tiles being the construction covering of choice, the walls and floors are covered with water. At the university, the hallways are covered in water and I am terrified of slipping and cracking my skull. When my mother had to fill out those primary school forms for allergies etc, she sent back this info much to my teacher’s amusement “He has a soft head”. I don’t think I would have survived China as an infant.

Apparently, we can look forward to this happening up until the middle of April, when the conditions are right.
